Facebook Fan Page Contract

Indy Pen Dance, LLC agrees to establish an enhanced Social Media Marketing presence

For (Business Name )___________________________________________________

by coding a frame in FBML Facebook Markup Language. This frame allows the client to display a customized branded Face Book Fan Page.

The price of developing your Customized Facebook Fan page includes the following;
• Welcome page with customized static graphic presentation / text content

• Customized profile image with your Logo – Brand imaging

• Embedded video or flash movie

The client agrees to provide an administrative account permission in the name of
Maureen@indypendance.com and provide absolute path links* to graphic and video assets. Mechanical Specifications for the assets are detailed on page titled document dimensions.
. (It is strongly recommended that the administrative permission be rescinded upon completion of project, pending Client’s final sign off.)

The consultant agrees to provide the client up to three iterations for changes to the digital file layout.
Additional changes are available at a minimum rate of $75.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour
billed per additional change.

The work contracted will be completed in no less than 10 business days from receipt of payment and
assets. This letter of agreement clarifies verbal agreements discussed, and secured by your one time
payment of $299.00. All services are provided solely on a best-efforts basis.
